facebook has been a little too good at connecting and sharing with the people in our life... somehow we already have 22 confirmed guests and we haven't even officially told anyone. don't get me wrong, i don't mind, i'm thrilled - but i do realize there is a clear need to get our save the dates out and website up. as soon as possible.but... with the festive season upon us, all wedding planning and prep has been stalled.
i've been spending every spare second knitting. seriously. i've even been caught with my needles out at staff meetings, waiting in line at check outs and even the dinner table.
while dave has been pulled away to prep holiday e-cards for random websites. i have found him sleeping at his computer on more than one occasion while trying to make snowflakes fall or build up on screen...
we've decided to embrace the holidays and stop wedding stressing until next week. or at least until we can find elves to hire to help us through to sunday. however, we are oh so excited to get our website up and the save the dates out. until then, i'll be sipping (i mean guzzling) rum and eggnog and knit knit purl purling my way to christmas eve while visions of saying "i do" on a jamaican beach dance in my head.
